There are three major ways that volunteers can help.
Giving Blood (Convalescent plasma): there is some evidence that antibodies from blood of
those who have recovered can help the very ill. Ongoing research may benefit with your blood
donation in your area, particuarly in expediting the process to finding a solution.
Participate in Research: We need to understand how to identify who is immune but not
contagious, and volunteers may be needed to develop tests and diagnostics.
Make a difference: Once we understand who is immune and not contagious, those individuals
will be instrumental in assisting medical personnel.
